  • After being aware of Moxie Girl for some time since moving to Phoenix in 2012, I had the privilege of a first-hand experience after winning two free hours of service by way of their Facebook "Like & Share" Contest. Karie, their operations director, got in touch with me promptly after receiving my contact info and wasted no time working around my schedule and my girlfriend's to set up an appointment for 12:30 p.m. the following Friday. Stephanie, our Moxie associate, made an instantly positive impression by calling me about an hour and a half before our appointment to let me know she could easily bump her visit ahead 45 minutes, as long as it was convenient to my schedule. The advance notice and eagerness to cooperate with my day was a huge accommodation, so I told her it was perfectly fine. Upon arriving promptly at 11:45 a.m., she didn't miss a beat jumping into a fairly light priority list my girlfriend and I had decided upon - cleaning the two bathrooms, washing the bedding from both bedrooms, and dust-mopping the hardwood floors - while kindly complimenting how cleanly we'd already kept the house. She was so discreet and focused, I honestly forgot she was there! If she is a measure of Moxie's standard of service, I couldn't begin to recommend this business highly enough. She blew away my expectations by not only immaculately cleaning both bathrooms, cleaning the bedding AND making both beds beautifully and dust-mopping, but also vaccuuming and thoroughly cleaning the stove and neighboring countertops with 10 minutes to spare at the end for a quick walk-through. Moxie Girl sweats the small stuff and clearly takes extensive pride in timeliness, efficiency and thoroughness with stunning politeness and flexibility. In fact, my girlfriend and I have lightly kicked around working with them a few times a year to help out with deep cleaning. An overall superb experience and invaluable asset to any family just a few hands short of what's needed to keep a household running like clockwork.
