  • I bought a fridge from Used Appliance Warehouse for a rental apartment. The freezer stopped working quite quickly. I called them and they said they would go check it out and fix it. I let them deal directly with the tenants. They never showed up to fix it, but I didn't know. The tenants moved out and I discovered the freezer was still not working, but this was 8 months after I bought the fridge. I called Used Appliance Warehouse and was treated in the most rude manner possible. The guy hung up on me when I said that they had not honoured their offer to go have a look at the fridge. Not only do they sell faulty products, but they are completely unprofessional when you have to deal with them. Forget it.
