| - I would never recommend this company to any of my friends. As a previous poster commented their services are overpriced. I have a friend in Mt. Lebanon who pays the same price to do her entire 4 bedroom house as I did for my two bedroom apartment (and they only did one room and none of my hallways), but the real issue is they don't clean!
We hired them when I was working full time out of the house. I was always swamped and never actually looked. The floors were done ok (we have cats so I know they are hard to get done) and it appeared clean, that was all that mattered. The stuff that wasn't great I chalked up to the cats being home alone all day (hair on furniture/kitty litter on floors). I did call about base boards being noticeably dirty a couple times and was told they only do them bi-weekly. When I started working from home I noticed that nothing was actually getting done. I called and they sent someone new to re clean the apartment. She complained the entire time about how obvious it was that the past maids never cleaned things they were supposed to. I really liked this girl. Next cleaning comes about and the house wasn't done again. I called yet again and this time they refunded my service fee. I was having guests over and they couldn't accommodate sending someone back that day. They told me they would put the girl I like on my schedule, but they would need to switch days...that never happened. The next time I called for the house being unclean they sent out someone to reclean it, no refund. It was ok. Working from home was a double edge sword I now was able to see not only was the floor not getting done, counters not being scrubbed, furniture not being vacuumed, and base boards not being done, but they weren't dusting. My house is FILLED with cobwebs and they were "cleaning" biweekly and several times weekly due to the bad job before!!
I cancelled my service. It took me over a week to get a hold of the office. They weren't answering their phones or returning messages. The answering service tried to connect me to corporate and I got a recording stating "the phone lines were down". I am so angry that I paid for services I only received a handful of times.
My advice, if you hire them check your house and take pictures before and after. The idea of trusting it is getting done, isn't good enough. This is partially my fault for not looking at shelves and around fixture bases, but when you pay for a service you expect them to do it.
We also have white spots all over our unfinished hard wood floors that look like white paint now.
