  • Rude, rude, rude! I've never been so disappointed in a rental car place. The line was extremely long and we patiently waited. As we got to the front of the line we were called to a reservation host. Then we were pulled, yes physically pulled to the side and TOLD to let the people behind us go first as they were Spanish speaking and the host spoke Spanish. We politely told the lady from budget we waited our turn and would like to go next. She told us we needed to let them in front of us. When we kindly stated again that we would like to go next as it was out turn and we had already stood in line for an hour she rolled her eyes and said, well since you can't wait your turn you can just go here". Wait our turn? We DID wait, that was the point we were trying to make. She stated it again and rudely shuffled us to the desk. When we got to the desk the guy at the counter was even worse. We pre-booked and paid online. We were already offered all of the add-ons and declined. He asked us if we wanted the additional insurance coverage and we said no thank you. He then also rolled his eyes and said so you're going to decline 26$ additional a day and then pay $500 out of pocket when something happens... all said with a flagrant attitude. We held out patience still and said no thank you, we have premium insurance. He continued on with a lecture and disapproval. We decided to return the car early as we didn't need it anymore. Prior to doing so we decided to call. 1st we were hung up on after waiting on hold for 20minutes. So we called back. Then another rude woman answered the phone and was completely unprofessional and couldn't give us an answer on whether or not we would get a refund/credit if we returned the car early. This whole experience was awful and I do not recommend using them for your rental car needs... go to Avis or Hertz if you don't have the patience of a saint. Two thumbs down guys... it's all about customer service and yours SUCKS!
