  • Through the very tough experience of putting our 13 year old lap to sleep, this location helped soften the blow. They comforted us, they consoled us and told us how sorry they were for our loss. They even sent a card in the mail after the fact. Every employee was very sympathetic and it meant a lot to us during that tough time. Also, they told us we could stay however long we wanted and offered us waters/waited until we were ready to collect payment. This experience truly showed how patient, sympathetic, caring, and loving the staff is towards humans and pets alike. I know all pets would be in good hands no matter what they need done or worked on. Do recommend.
