  • After a great initial visit and really liking the new XC90 the experience went downhill. The sales person promised information and manuals to go over but never emailed them, after 2 weeks he followed up and I told him that i'm still waiting for the documents. I was sent details of a Sedan S90 and said all the features were similar! I was confused whether i'm buying a $90k vehicle or $5 candy... What a waste of time!
