  • I JUST got back from a wonderful vacation in Cleveland Ohio. At the beginning of planning I was tasked with renting the car. FAIL #1) I booked the car rental at Lakewood. This is NOT the airport. When we took the shuttle from the airport to the Enterprise rental place, we were told it'd be more expensive if we switched to the airport location and it'd be in our better interest to go to Lakewood. We Lyfted it to Lakewood. FAIL #2) We get to the check out portion of the rental process, after we had been thoroughly explained what was going on and what we were agreeing to, and my luck strikes again. I had reserved it with my debit card without any issue, but since I was an out of state driver I needed to provide a credit card. I present my credit card. It's denied. WHAT?! We try again. Still denied. We call. Apparently I brought a card that had been reported as missing or stolen! And there is no way I can get a temp print out, no way I can get my numbers read the Enterprise because they need a physical card present. I just could not win. Thankfully my boyfriend has an amazing mother!! She rushed over. We used her card. Added an additional driver for $40/day. And thankfully, we were on our way! This was merely the first hour of the trip and I had already severely failed but thanks to Enterprise everything was handled smoothly with no issues and with every solution available. We were specifically helped by Sean McCue. And he was AMAZING! He was super patient and super attentive! When we went to return the car we were told by Sean Gergacs that Sean McCue had been transferred or was visiting from downtown and so we could not say bye but it made me that much happier to write a review!! Thank you Sean McCue for making my ultimate daily as easy as possible!! Thank you Sean Geragcs for helping us with the check out process!! Another easy procedure. I was slightly paranoid that they didn't want to take my receipt for the gas fill up but it is a nice souvenir! Gas is $1.99 out there versus like $3.98 out here! But I digress. Thank you guys!! We wish you well!! I hope to rent with you guys again and next time I WILL BE PREPARED!
