| - I'm a big fan of CBTL; the coffee is tasty and the service is usually stellar. Usually.
The product, itself, was great. The line ran pretty quickly, but I'm not sure if it's because it's in a casino on the Strip and tourists can admittedly be trying, but the service was downright dry, border-lining on rude.
I noticed the cashier was having a hard time with the guests in front of me, so I tried my best to be pleasant with her. I made sure to smile and try to get eye contact. When she didn't say hello, I made sure to put forth the effort to greet her and ask her how her day was going. Her response was, "What can I get for you?" I placed my order, with a smile and a please, and she then said, "Name." It didn't even sound like a question. Luckily, that was really the end of our conversation because I paid with a credit card and know how to follow prompts on the card reader.
My latte came out moments later, hot and delicious.
