This place is a joke, they never seem to have enough people working or they don't want the business. The drive through took forever the guy in front of me waited a while before anyone even came on the PA. Why can't they just say "Sir we are just a tad bit busy at the moment and we will be with your shortly, thank you" I guess corporate America doesn't teach empathy that isn't scripted. Get your act together! Overworked and underpaid, how come Culver's and In & Out Burger deliver exceptional service with smiling faces but Burger King and industry veteran has lost it.
