rev:text	Overall I had an amazing experience with Sit Well Upholstery. I purchased a vintage shellback lounge chair from Craigslist and knew I wanted it to be re-upholstered when I purchased it. I purchased (what I thought) was the correct fabric in a pattern I liked and went over to Sit-Well based on Yelp reviews. Upon arriving I was greeted by Rick who informed me immediately that the fabric I had purchased was not upholstery quality so we would need to go another route. They had 100's of fabric books to choose from and he helped me find a similar fabric to the original that I brought but ultimately I decided to go a different route with a beautiful high quality blue velvet. He was able to purchase the fabric for me at discount through the manufacturer vs what I would have paid going to buy it on my own. The chair turned our BEAUTIFUL, I was so pleased with the final product and felt the pricing was fair given the detail of the chair. Not only did they do an amazing job upholstering but also touched up some of the wooden legs to remove some scuff marks from the previous owner. I found that Rick (while having a slightly aggressive / unique communication style) was knowledgeable about the business and eager to make sure I was happy with the product. To top off my overall amazing experience, the owner (Frank), gave me a call about 2 months later to confirm I was happy with the product and my overall experience. It is clear that this business is important to him and that personal touch with the extra phone call was amazing. I will be coming here again for my upholstery needs.
