  • I honestly believe I found a great shop with truthful and hard working American employees that were very, just that, honest. Unfortunately, it hurts me and is regrettable to have to say this, but this could not be further from the truth. While I am sure they know what they are doing mechanically, their principals and the way they carry themselves are poorly rooted. I gave high praise regarding the time and attention given to an exotic vehicle of mine. During this time, however, an item went missing. I simply inquired, "Excuse me, there was an [item] located [location] that is no longer here. Would you happen to know where it might be or could you keep an eye out for it please? We all saw this item when the vehicle was dropped off, now it's gone. I hope no customer was near my vehicle." I was told, "No, I don't recall the item".... even though we very recently had a conversation about it. People always approach this vehicle to take pictures (that's ok), ask to sit in it, go for rides... just have to touch the dang thing. By the way, I take a lot of pictures: before, during, and after any work is done to my vehicle... for reasons just like this. Fast forward to pickup. I was so delighted about the great work completed, that to worry about the item any longer felt moot at this point. Additionally, I informed Sandy, upon checkout, that she forgot an item as I was given the balance. I easily could have paid and walked away with a major discount. Further proving that I appreciated everything about them, I mentioned what appeared to be missing. Sandy thanked me, recreated my bill, and it ended up costing me $200 more. Sandy, again, you're welcome! I have referred several people to them and informed work colleagues about how great they were. Well, that comes to an immediate STOP! Everyone will now hear the truth. I had a small job to do today, which I could honestly handle. However, to save time, give them business, and know the work would be done correctly, I thought of ATS FIRST. Sandy answered the call and I explained the small job. Sandy said she would call me back. I received a message from Sandy informing me, "After speaking with the guys, we've decided not to do the job. Ill be perfectly honest, it's not that they can't do it, but you accused them of stealing from you the last time and it left a bad taste in our mouth, sorry." I called Sandy to follow up and hear from her mouth why this was believed to be. Sandy repeats this same false and altered story. I inform Sandy, "Sandy, I really like you guys and the work performed. I never accused anyone directly. I simply brought to everyone's attention the item we spoke about, where it was, now it is not, and I have not been around. I asked if they knew where it might be and if they could keep an eye out, that is all." Sandy repeats herself. Most would not, but I offered a chance at redemption, However, Sandy stuck to her guns. I informed her how disappointed I was as there are very few good, let alone great, shops here in Vegas, I thought I found a gem in the rough, but now I must inform everyone I know otherwise (a lot in the car hobby world). Summation: Owners/Employees are extremely sensitive. Becareful what you say as they understand the English language how they see fit. They are not open to reason nor are they open minded. If they choose to see something as one particular way, that is it, that is the way, END OF STORY. I politely brought up a fact and asked for their assistance in keeping their eyes open. They took this as offensively as possible, made an ugly accusation that I directly appointed a guilty verdict in their name, and choose to never work on any of my vehicles ever. WOW! Unfortunately, my project cars, and colleagues' project cars, continually have hundreds and even thousands of dollars of work performed on/to them at given times over and over. This was no loss to me/us. Honestly, I rather find out about them this way before giving a referral in my name and have another deal with nonsense, being treated poorly. The false accusations were extremely offensive and again... I have picture proof, that was shared with them! Sad... Oh well, you cannot fix stubborn. GG! PS - I took the time to sign up for this account solely because of how rude, poor, and offensively I was JUST treated! I have better things to do, but this was simply unacceptable!
