I have one friend who considers Wicked Spoon her favourite buffet on the strip and another who prefers Bacchanal. Having now been to both I have to say I also prefer Bacchanal, though I'd totally come back to the Wicked Spoon again. :)
There are a lot of good things about this buffet. For one, it's around ~$25 for brunch vs ~$35 at the Bacchanal. There were also a lot of pretty unique buffet dishes that I didn't have at other places like bone marrow and these really good mini donuts that were nicely filled in the middle. Yum!! At the same time, the complaints other reviewers had about a food running out and not being refilled was also my experience. Quite a few plates sat almost empty most of the time I was there. I'm not sure if it was a cost savings measures as there was no wait to get in and they were not close to capacity.
Some reviewers mentioned service being a weak spot, but our server was great. Probably hit or miss depending on who you end up with. Overall glad to have tried it, but definitely wasn't amazing.
