  • While my kids had fun, we were all extremely disappointed in each staff member we interacted with. The front desk staff was rude, and the "open gym" instructor was as well. It is 16.00 per person to get in, and then you have to pay $5 each for ten minutes in the little jump bubbles. Add another $15 per kid if you want to play in the gymnastics "open gym" area. The music playing while we were here included Eminem, which I personally am okay with but I do not feel it is appropriate for young children to hear, especially in a kid friendly place. Between the rudeness of the staff and the price, we will not be back. The concessions are affordable; 2 bucks for Gatorade etc.
