I visited "Burger Brasserie" Labor Day weekend 2017. I was touring the Strip. By the time I began walking the Bally's property, I realized I was hungry--the type of hungry where I wouldn't distinguish between a $20 meal, versus a $40+ meal.
I stumbled upon this restaurant--attracted to a posted "special $19.95 combo": your choice of their standard hamburger or cheeseburger; your choice of fries or onion rings; and a pint of draft beer. I stepped in, curious to see what I might receive.
The restaurant's complete menu, with pricing, is posted on their website. The bottom line is that regardless of the special pricing, the taste, texture and flavor of the cheeseburger and fries was great. The portions were good enough to satisfy my hunger, without leaving me uncomfortably "stuffed".
The staff provided great service. And as I was dining alone at the bar, my bartender/server was a great host-conversationalist in between fulfilling bar orders.
Here's my bottom line: There seems to be a trend in Las Vegas to have burger restaurants affiliated with celebrity chefs. You'll pay a premium for that dining experience--but I don't think you'll necessarily get a better meal, or get better service.
