  • It is a bit pricey, but the amenities are pretty good and it is extremely clean and very beautiful. I have worked in the salon and spa industry for more than ten years, and a huge part of the experience is the service. I'm not particularly snobby, in fact one of my favorite spas in Las Vegas is the very inexpensive Korean one with tons of amenities, but the service we received at the front desk was pretty terrible. In fact, it sort of ruined the whole experience which was such a shame because the spa is so beautiful and not cheap. I started out at the front desk of an award-winning spa when I was still in college and I know that it's not easy dealing with the people that come in, but the young woman who checked us in was downright mean. There was a mix-up over valet at the hotel, it used to be free and now they are charging. The kind man who took our car told us that we could get the cost ($14 for the first four hours) validated by the spa. When we told the front desk girl this she looked at us like we were idiots and told us that that wasn't right. Until we insisted, she then she tried to pawn us off on the salon, who were extremely rude as well to us and came out and corrected the girl at the front desk and told her that they were in fact validating. The girl finally went back to speak with her manager and came back and very rudely told us that we needed to spend $350. I guess it depends on which department you visit what the minimum amount you need to spend is (which seems really silly and inconsistent). We told the men at the valet, and they explained to us that company that does the valet is separate from Caesar's and they also know nothing. I just felt like we got passed around so much and no one was willing to take responsibility for the lack of communication and the poor service. I know it seems petty, but if someone would have just actually been kind and patiently explained the situation to us, it really would have changed my mind about the place and now I really don't feel comfortable ever coming back.
