  • Really good steakhouse, friendly waitress...but the thing I will always remember about Gibby's is the cozy atmosphere. Apparently, the building is over 200 years old and was formerly used as a stable. The building is made of stone and there are wooden pillars all around. It reminded me of a medieval garage. I imagine it would be the perfect place for dinner on a cold Montreal night. Definitely a one of a kind place.
