I never imagined that I would be so happy with an auto parts chain to be compelled to write a review, but I am! About two years ago my car's battery died on my way to a final exam. I managed to get the car started and stopped in the O'Reilly in Tempe on University in a panic. They put a new one in within minutes and I made it to class on time. Fast forward to a little less than two years later, and my battery died again. I got a jump and went to the Bethany Home O'Reilly. They replaced the battery at no charge since it was still under warranty, and again, got me on the road quickly. Both incidents of excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer!
