  • I have been using Best Buys for years and this is my first review about this specific store. Great products, the latest technology, but you wish to purchase something, do some study before you go to the store. I got the MP3 player for my Mom, and told the salesman that she does not have a computer. He goes, don't worry you can charge directly to the wall, which was wrong. There is a USB 2.0 and you can only charge from the computer unless there is an adapter. But there was none. So I had to get one online. The salesman was pretty nice guy but he needs some education.
