  • I'm currently living in Country Brook in the X block. My apartment's balcony and my (master) bedroom faces swimming pool and leasing office. Mowing work starts really early, anytime between 7 AM - 8AM EVERY weekday. And they are VERY VERY LOUD!!! As I work late, I dont have a choice but to be awake by the time they start mowing, cleaning the swimming pool and it's just crazy and I end up having a bad headache. Since the heat in AZ progresses on, they start really early for the garden work which absolutely makes sense, but this review is just a heads up for future residents. Other than this, I have never faced any problem with CB. Management is pretty good and Jessica is an awesome person.
