  • This company is great in that the tech was able to diagnose the problem with the Air-conditioner and fixed it instead of saying that the air-conditioner needs to be replaced, which is what another company with the home warranty stated. They also offer packages for maintenance services twice a year. Great diagnosis and being able to fix the problem instead of saying need to replace the A/C. They also offer alternative ways of cooling if your A/C is not working and you need A/C right away.
