  • Both pizzas showed up cold, soggy and two hours late. They knew it was that late and that I was unhappy and did nothing to make up for it or to keep a customer. I'll never order from any Papa Johns again. If I had read the other reviews on Yelp first, I would not have ordered from them in the first place. Lesson learned.
