I recently rented a car through Enterprise at Pittsburgh International Airport (Rental Agreement #338007931 Invoice # 90093555787). I had reserved a full-size sedan which was not available so was instead offered a SUV. I had explicitly mentioned that I did not want to pay any upgrade fee to the agent there. They didn't give me a hard copy of the agreement so I missed the fact that they had actually charged me higher(original: $234.98, charged: $375.92, $140.94 extra). I reached out to them regarding this (reference number: 170821-003667) but they declined to make any amends since I had digitally signed the new agreement.
I have had upgrades in the past with Hertz and National for no additional cost when they did not have the requested car available. I find this incident to be a clear case of deception.
