  • I was referred here by my primary doctor for some skin issues. I was seen by Dr Jacobs (which by the way, I still do not know what I have wrong with my skin), she called in 2 prescriptions - 1 to walgreens and 1 to Sun Pharmacy. She told me (so did her assistant) that the one for Sun Pharmacy might be expensive and if so, to call them and they would find something cheaper for me. Ok, fine. Well, the pharmacy called me Thursday afternoon and advised me the cost. I told them no thank you and called the office Friday morning to hopefully get another prescription. Well that was 8/11/17 and to this day (8/21/17) I still have NOT heard from them! So, I have emailed them twice from their web page (contact us) and have messaged them twice on Facebook. Still NOTHING!! I have mentioned in both messages on Facebook to cancel my 3 month follow up appointment (11/10/17). I got the feeling from this place that if you were not getting injections of botox or plastic surgery to make you look pretty, they didn't want to deal with you! I will not refer this place to anyone for anything and I will be advising my primary doctor the same when I see her in 2 wks.
