At noon I booked an appointment online for 4:00 p.m. to get shellac done. No confirmation was given by email or phone call.
I saw no disclosure online of fake tips being excluded from this package. I show up 10 minutes early and pick my colour. I sit down with the technician and tell her what I want, only to find out I can't get fake tips because this specific technician doesn't do them.
At this point, I have no probelms, it's not her fault and she was very nice about it.
So I go to the front to ask the male receptionist if I can reschedule with someone for fake tips the following day.
THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEMS BEGIN...He was rude, implied that it was my fault and that I should next time be more careful, he tried to make me feel like crap for a misunderstanding that could have been prevented by better communication on his behalf.
EXUCSE ME? take ownership here and realise the information you are blaming me for missing is not disclosed on your website.
THEN he tries to lie to me and tell me I booked for 3:30 p.m.....obviously trying to set me up for a fee here because when I initially walked in at 3:50 p.m. he agreed that my appointment was booked for 4. Then he tries to cover up this lie by saying `"oh we only got the notification at 3:30p.m" ONCE AGAIN A LIE....I booked at noon.
This guy is ridiculous. Customer service would be better managed by a monkey.
