I make sure to stop at this place at least once a week.
They are usually on library mall Wednesday-Friday.
I always get the chicken or the chicken and provolone empanada. It's a perfect blend of fried-crunchy goodness on the outside with juicy and fresh chicken on the inside. The green sauce (tangy and sour) and the red sauce (spicy) are a MUST! I recommend blending the two sauces when eating the empanadas. Also wait a couple minutes before eating them because they literally serve them right out of the fryer!
