Honestly the worst customer service I have experienced, not only was I hung up on the first time I called to check the status of the order but the second time I called the manager pretended my order was on its way when I waited over an hour for my food and called back a third time after almost two hours he said "no as ingles, come se dice". I understand if you're busy and can't make my order but please say so and don't make me jump through all these hoops. I called eatstreet and ended up getting a full refund (which is what you should do if you're ever in this situation)
