  • We live by here so it's just convenient to go to. Plus we normally have great service with Enterprise, but the past TWO times we have been here have been a nightmarish experience. On each occasion we waited over an hour for our rental vehicle. The last time on April 28th at about 3:30 PM I waited almost 2 hours for my rental! The vehicle was washed but not clean. The car had a light but distinct smell of "pot" and the interior needed cleaning. I can go on and on, but looking at some of the other reviews this seems to be the rule and not the exception. We will definitely avoid this Enterprise location, and hopefully it is just this one and not all Enterprise Rentals.
