| - WOW!
The place was bustling, the energy was high, the vibe was positive, lots of trendy looking people - I almost thought it was some sort of launch party.
Initially I had gone to Best Buy to purchase a power adapter for my macbook. I had gone to the geek squad to inquire whether it was my battery that was faulty or my adapter. They tested it out and told me it was my adapter. Fortunately they were out of the model I needed. By the way, the experience I had at Best Buy was kind of uninspiring - the place was a little empty, the lighting is dim, the energy kind of low. The Geek Guy was not that helpful either.
So, I headed the Apple Store.
My experience here was completely opposite than the one I had at the Best Buy. The Apple Guy took the time to assess my battery, link me to a website on tips on how to extend battery life, and even offered to install the battery - if I bought it from best buy - at the Apple Store - since they were presently out of stock.
And so many of the sales associates (girls and guys) came over to say hi to my little guy - and he loved it. The guy helping me said my little guy was even more popular with the staff than Drake, haha :) But seriously, I even saw some people taking photos of my little guy with their iphone - I don't mind - I think he is cute too :)
I will definitely return to the Apple Store and I encourage you do too! :)
