  • My wife and I have been regulars here at least twice a week. The service and food, we have never had to complain.It also helps with their coupon. Today, after a great lunch, I tried to pay with their coupon and was told it is NOT accepted today due to the holiday. I asked what holiday and I was told Nevada Day. Yes, the coupon said no good on holidays, but I thought this was not a federal holiday, but a state holiday. I asked to speak with the manager, Juliana Yunis. With an attitude, she confirmed the above. No apology, just turned her back and walked away. Do I dare walk in on All Saints Day? As I said, the service and food is great, the manager needs to take a management course and at least smile. Left bad taste and will not return.
