  • Brutal! Wrecked my duvet cover Nd then hD the nerve to tell me that the condition I picked it up in, was how I brought it in originally!! What? As if I would even keep or sleep with a bunched up duvet! Got mgrs number and called and he had the same story "that's how it was when u brought it in" ???????? No offer of anything Nd when I said I was going to the better business bureau he said "go ahead". Terrible place! Don't support them!!!
