  • I was so impressed with this company and the quality of their bounce houses, sweet pricing and exceptional customer service that I feel obligated as a "party planning mom" to share with others and write my first review ever (yes, never done one before, just read them)! I've rented from numerous bounce house companies in the past and AZ Bounce 4 Kids is by far above and beyond the competition. Dimitru was my salesperson/ contact and he was almost too good to be true. I continued to add to my order and had a zillion questions (literally over 60 texts to him) ranging daily from 6:50am to 11:00pm and the poor guy promptly replied to them all! The bounce house and water slide were brand new and the hot dog machine, snow cone machine, generator and all the chairs were extremely clean and in perfect working condition. The set up/ pick up crew was on time and as pleasant as could be (I even gave them an extra big tip). This company treated me like royalty (which I loved) :). I booked them again for this weekend and again for my daughters Girl Scout party next month. With their awesome prices, pristine condition of their products and wonderful customer service this company is most definitely 5 star worthy! Soooo happy I found them!
