  • I wish I could take stars away. I went to get a basic car wash. I've had this new car less than a week so there wasn't a lot for them to do, just vacuuming the front floor boards and wash the outside. When I pulled up, the nice young man explained that the automatic wash was down and that they could only do hand wash which was taking about 30 minutes, start to finish. I said that was okay, so he wrote on my back window and walked off. A minute later, another guy walks up and informs me that he's charging me $35 for the hand wash. I said it wasn't my problem that their equipment was broken, but he refused to honor the basic wash price. When I protested he said that he'd give it to me for the basic, but that it would be over an hour wait as they would service the customers paying the full price first. This is my second craptacular experience with this company. I won't be giving them a third strike.
