rev:text	I found this place on Instagram, actually my teenage daughter found it for me. I explained to her that I wanted my hair braided and needed someone in Charlotte to do so. She did some HashTagga or something searches in Instagram and showed me pictures and from there I met Ms. Courtney Jena. I've been twice hence the reason I'm just writing a review as I like to give two visits before I form my opinion UNLESS the first visit is so BAD I can't come back.. My first visit was April 2016 after countless text messages back and forth with my stylist on the time I needed to allot for my hair I was told that I should allot 4 hrs. This is specifically after sharing with her that I need to obtain my nanny time precise for childcare. Needless to say I was there for about 2 hrs and 30min longer which rubbed me the wrong way initially BUT after the finish product and the precise and neatness and care took by Courtney I got over it BUT kept in the back of my mind that I can't take the estimated times provided seriously and that I should add cushion on the end. My box braids got compliments all the way up until the day I taking them down which was almost 3 months later. I returned in July to try something different which was cornrolls with feed braids and boy ooh boy did I LOVE IT. It was don't so quick and neat and the look was different for me yet perfect for my Miami trip. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly, I've sent my daughter twice for styles once she got box braids and the second time she got cornrolls. Great place for a neat and professional braid style.
