This company is nothing but liars and crooks. This woe is me bullshit they wrote to the BBB is full of lies. You never called, you never emailed me back, I have logs as well buddy, I have copies of emails. I hope your business folds, you are nothing but liars. and I will take this to another level.
Here is what they wrote:

Hello my name is Scott Shipley I am contacting you in reference to the above complaint number. We have performed a heat treatment at 604 North and Vista Road Apache Junction. I personally was there for the setup and for the breakdown at the end of the day 8 hours later. It was a normal house nothing happened out of the ordinary we have done over 8,000 units and a gentleman I had with me that day Zack he has been with me for 4 years and has done over 2,500 units himself. On May 9th Britney informed us that there had been a problem with her stove and her cabinets. On May 11th we said that we would come over and take a look she informed us that the stove was outside and the cabinets are on the curb we went to the unit no one was home and there was nothing on the curb. On May 13th we tried to get in we were told that her mother was home we could not get in that day either. On May 20th we again tried and Brittany said she wanted a check and we can mail it to her address. I told her I really needed to see the damage and that I couldn't believe it really happened because we were there for 8 hours working and there was no smell of anything and nothing on fire and then when she came at the end of the day and locked up her home with us and she paid us. I asked her if something was smoldering we would have smelled something she told me that my guy ask her to put everything on the stove. that's pretty ridiculous we have never had anyone in 8000 units put anything on the stove. Fact of the matter is we would have smelled something in the unit for the 8 hours that we were there. On May 25th Britney started putting bad reviews on public media about us telling everyone we did not get back with her and we did not care. I have emails that said she would be home on those dates and she was not I have a phone log of how many times I have called Brittany and there was no response. Like I previously stated at the end of the day we were all in her home she paid us there was no smell of anything smoldering nothing on fire. If there was something smoldering we would have smelled it I am sure. I am also sure she would not have paid us if there was something on fire. I know that it was a trailer home and they don't have the best electrical system. But I believe I should not be held responsible if there was a stove fire the stove was definitely not on when we were there. I feel I should not be responsible for things that happen when I am not there. This has never happened before and it does not sound right. She has got the Better Business Bureau to go to I feel I have no one to go to but I guess that is what having a business is all about. We have an outstanding record 8 years 2 complaints. sorry this unfortunate accident happened but there was just nothing that I could do to prevent it. *** Edit- Since they have refused to help, I sent a complaint to the BBB, the next day Craig the owner emailed me back after I wrote him 4-5 times asking when he was going to come out and look at the damage, He said I came by your house 2 times last week, and no one was home. Well maybe sir if you had replied to my emails, or called me we could of set up a time. He will not assist in a refund to help with the damages so I will continue through the BBB. He FLAT OUT LIED and said his tech and/or co-owner told me to put my photos in the bathroom. That never happened, because if it had, I would of done it. They are supposed to be the professionals. He said the light switches were my fault cause they are effected by extreme heat, but that is not on the "Protocol" they sent me. Am I supposed to phycially remove all light switches and light switch covers? Either way, stay the hell away from this company. Nothing but liars and crooks.***
First off let me say, the bedbugs are gone I believe. But I have a charred stove, peeling table, melted light switches and the list goes on.
I wouldn't be one to leave this review but my stove caught on fire after they left. We came home to a pile of ash on the stove which were my daughter's photos that they told me to take off the wall so they wouldn't break. There were 2 people from the company in my house, neither one said "Hey let's move those off of the stove" I was trying to get everything done and out. How the stove didn't catch the whole house on fire is beyond me. But we are left with so much to do. We had to have carpet cleaners come in and clean everything cause it was all covered in ash.
