  • As others have said this guy is honest! He came out looked at my broken heater and instead of telling me I need a new one his office called me up and gave me the number to another place because they would be able to see if the part is covered under warranty. He could have easily told me I needed a new heater but he did the honest thing! Next time something breaks this is the first place I'm going to call! Prompt, courteous, honest, and helpful.
