  • I was visiting from out of town and damaged my watch. I went to Harry Winston and was expecting rude snooty associates. Instead I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes by everyone in the store. The level of customer service I received from everyone was the best from any jeweler, or any store for that matter. They were professional, yet friendly and very genuine. I didn't want to leave the store! I was treated like a princess!! My watch was returned to me cleaned and fixed to perfection! I highly recommend this store to anyone!! I look forward to visiting Harry Winston every time I am in Vegas!! Thank you to Harry Winston for the best customer service ever!!
