I really was wondering how this would go for me and my dog. I will tell you that first off I thought the vet was better than the vet at my "expensive office". Dr. Sara took time to talk to me and explain things. I think that you shouldn't be afraid of the price as it really is the same great customer service that you would experience at an overpriced vet. I didn't wait forever to be seen maybe 30-45 minutes and I arrived early. I feel like the wait time was truly appropriate. I am not sure what the negative reviews are talking about to be honest. As one person said I will wait for hours to save the money! I wouldn't take my dog back for the cleaning if I didn't think they would take care of him. The first appointment was getting the blood draw and the initial estimate of cost for the dental. Next week I have to drop him off for the cleaning once he is cleared with the blood work due to his age. They send out the blood work which is why there are two appointments and this is fine with me. Gives me a chance to review them and decide if I wanted to do the cleaning itself. Many low cost dental clinics do this. I would definitely use them again for any of my animals!
