The last appointment that took an hour and a half before we were seen by the doctor should have been a red flag but... it's a shame they're convenient and looking for another doctor would be difficult. Apparently, calling a few weeks in advance for more contact lenses is not long enough. Still waiting for a call back from his office. Looks like ordering online will be faster. The back office and support staff are extremely disorganized and don't care about your time.
I will say the doctor, himself, individualizes every treatment plan which is a positive! One doctor said my son was too young for contacts, while Dr. Plotnik was more than willing to prescribe my son contacts. Six months into it, my son wears them without a problem!
