  • On July 4th, I returned my 2010 Camry off lease and traded in my 2011 Highlander for a 2012 Highlander. I had gone to another dealership and got the best price possible. Then I called a few others on the phone and found that Bell was the only one able to beat the quoted price. When I arrived at Bell Toyota the dealership honored the price I had been quoted on the phone. The price included the installation of a sunroof and body side molding. On the other hand, there was a lack of communication that took place. First, ,my off lease Camry had to be picked up from my driveway. It was supposed to hear the next day when it would be picked up. This didn't happen, and it actually took them three days and numerous phone calls before someone finally came to pick it up. Second, I was supposed to receive an appointment to have the sunroof and body side molding installed on the Highlander. It took more days than it should have to get the appointment - again, a lack of communication between the dealership and me, the buyer. As a follow up, I received a phone call from the manager of customer service when he learned that I was not completely satisfied with the total transaction and was still awaiting an appointment to get the sunroof and body side molding installed. He was extremely accommodating and helpful and provided the kind of customer service that I appreciate. In a matter of 10 minutes, he set up the appointment for the sunroof and body side molding, gave me the name of the contact person in the service department, and threw in an extra future service maintenance. In spite of a communication issue, all in all, the staff at Bell Toyota were friendly, helpful, and honest. My family buys only Toyota vehicles, and we plan to make Bell our first stop when making a future purchase.
