  • After being accustomed to the downtown farmers market and the madness that ensues, with cramped spaces and loads of patrons, the Uptown Farmers Market was a real treat. While I can't light rail there, it's close enough for a short bike ride (but let's be honest, I drive there because I'm lazy). Not only are the Information People super, super helpful, the market has a nice variety of vendors. While I'm often shopping for produce, they also have the Nut Sack guy, multiple food trucks, a dog zone, plants and soap.
