  • I've been going to la fitness' for years now and I don't think I've ever been more irritated by the staff than at this one. The staff is extremely pushy and rude. I was in the middle of my workout and one of the "professional trainers" came up and insisted she needed the exact equipment I was using. That's fine if you need it but you can't wait and ask when I'm at least done with my set?!?!? Then I tried to tell the front desk people about how they shouldn't do that and they don't even listen to your complaints they just nod and repeat the same thing over and over. (The front desk girl told me when there's a trainer in the middle of a session then the equipment is off limits, which I completely get but I tried telling her that no one was in the training section when I took the equipment but again no one here knows respect or how to listen) No wonder this club is doing so bad the staff here has no chill. So disappointed because I use to come to this one and thought I'd give it a try again but nope still the same rude staff.
