  • i wanted to like this place so badly that I went back after they effed up my hair twice with blotchy die jobs. the location was just behind where i worked and I keep remembering the first time I went, the service was phenomenal - tea, purse lock and the massage that everybody talks about. the colorist (who no longer works there) took her time and was very meticulous, resulting in the most even, beautiful shade of ash brown I've ever had. there are still remnants of her work on the lower half of my hair that makes me sigh. since that time, I've gone back twice and spent more than 4 hours on the chair, 300$+ each time on colouring job which were so poorly done (during visit #1, the stylist forgot to bleach my roots and my hair was orange!) although they offer to fix it without charging me, I simply don't have 4 hours to sit on a chair- especially when a good job is not guaranteed. each subsequent time I went, I did not receive the complimentary massage, which leads me to think the stylist assumes they have your business so there's no need to try. I'm so disappointed and upset still because my hair's 50 shades of orange.
