  • When we first started bringing our daughter here at 8 weeks old everything was great. I am not sure what has happened over the past 3 years but this facility has become a constant disappointment. The owner is more worried about making money than the safety of the children and the moral of the teachers is horrible. The way that the owners treat their staff is not worth the minimum wage they are getting paid, and the way that they talk to parents is degrading. Their "bite policy" is a joke. They rather keep children that are harmful (drawing blood and leaving scars) to others than lose money. I have made many recommendations along with numerous other parents on how to make the rooms better and they laugh us off like nothing we say matters. They are a great at "showing" how caring they are, and how well their establishment is run.....this is a joke. While some of the teachers are AMAZING, it is not worth the trouble of dealing with the owner and there "policies", or the other teachers that are there for a paycheck and do nothing but yell and scream at the kids all day. My daughter's self-esteem and attitude have changed drastically in the past few weeks after removing her from this establishment along with the other children that have changed locations. I highly recommend looking at other locations, and comparing their policies, price sheets, and looking into more reviews about Kinder Prep Academy. I do not recommend this place!
