  • The store is nice and I know the owners are too but this place lacks in a couple areas. 1) I walked around for at least 20 mins with my arms full of clothes and shoes and nobody offered me a fitting room or an in to hold my items. 2) Another customer asked the girls up front for a fitting room and she just pointed in the general direction of the rooms and said someone should be over there. After this customer walked over there and waited with no help she came back to the counter and asked again and the employee still just pointed to the rooms and said someone was over there "somewhere" instead of just dropping her tablet and pausing her instagram post for 2 mins to get this poor girl a room. Which is more important hmm? 3) I asked the girls for help with something and I got a snarky comment in reply and an attitude like how dare I bother them. 4) This was only the second time I've been in this store and the first time hey offered me extra reward points for going without a shopping bag. I didn't even get the option this time around even after asking and saying I didn't need a bag, extra points or not. Still left with a bag ?So where's the consistency? 5) I pointed out a hole in an item and the girls says "well it's only $12" Idc what the price is im showing you there's damage on your product. What does it being $12 have to do with why there's a hole? I always go to the PV location, I've spent almost my entire working career working for platos and I've heard good things about this one so I was excited to try it. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I'll give it one more try but hopefully the girls up front up their game a little.
