I was recommended to this place by my groomer for dental cleaning for my dog. I called made an appointment and the person who set the appointment seemed in a rush. I asked her how much the dental cleaning would be. I was told $114 plus $15 per tooth if they need to extracted. So I thought that seemed reasonable. I left my doggy and then I get a call by Dr Anderson....an X-ray is needed even though he knows 4 of this teeth's need to come out. I said ok since he pushed that it was needed. I get a call back from Mr. Anderson telling me that he will need to take those 4 teeth at $55 a pop. At which point I became a bit stressed because that is not what I was told. He said I understand and I apologize they should have given you that information. He said he would work with me. Seems this hospitals tactic is to push you into procedures one might not be financially ready for and that's how they get people. The bill is over $700 from what I though would be about $300. I will not come back to this place.
Update: picked up my doggy and they billed me for medication....but they forgot to give me the medication.
