  • Ok, So I've been trying to schedule an appointment with gentle dental in surprise on bell road for 3 week's now. Totally my fault with the whole scheduling thing because I have to find someone to help me out with my 7 month old. When I have an appointment or it will be total chaos. So I scheduled two appointments one for my daughter and myself. My appointment was scheduled for 3:10pm & my daughters for 3:50pm. I totally over looked my appointment time and just kept thinking 3:50 is our appointment time... So I arrived about 3:45pm. A really nice brunette lady was sitting at the desk told me I missed my appointment because it was at 3:10 I was bummed but, hey she said they would be able to still see my daughter so I was okay with that. When I was done filling out the paperwork work, I asked the lady if there was any way they could fit me in and she said let me see and then she said... yes! but you will probably be waiting around for a little bit I was like okay that's fine so my daughter goes to the back (she's 3 and hates the dentist and throws crazy temper tampers) they were amazing from the front desk to the dental assistant to the the really nice dentist (Brittany, ask for her if you have a little ones) they are super super super nice at this place. I didn't read the reviews until I was stepping in the door. I was thinking darn I should have probably looked at these before making the appointments but boy I'm glad I didn't. They are definitely great people the blonde lady in the front is especially nice I can definitely tell you that she loves her job and wants to make sure that the customer's are happy. Actually all the blondes are super happy their at least the one's I met. I really can't wait to go back, This place was really nice. Thanks gentle dental you guy's keep up the good work!!!
