What started as a nice experience, turned bad real quick ...Part of my purchase was the install of fog lights on a 2015 kia soul. wound up waiting 4 weeks to get fog lights put in .
The day after I set the appointment for the following Wed I called back and changed the appointment with the service center for Tuesday due to a conflict. I dropped the car off and got call Tuesday afternoon from salesman James telling me my appointment was for Wednesday, the sales team needed to be notified? (In addition apparently they have external company install fog lights and they are not Kia fog lights.)
WARNING never assume they are installing KIA parts always get it in writing

Salesperson telling me that the part was ordered but they did not know from where or why it was delayed (and when I called back to get updates he kept checking and still did not know)
DM told me he told Sales person when he ordered it where he ordered from, in addition he told the sales person it was backordered and would be 3 weeks before it was in.
Who is the real DM or do they make a habit of posing as the DM ?
Very sad that they laugh at the idea of a customer calling Kia because they know nothing will happen?
Other lie - When was the part ordered? -
Salesperson told me was not ordered until after my check cleared.
DM told me was ordered the next morning day after sale?

My Check did clear
I wont be sending friends and Family to Peoria Kia
I wont be buying another vehicle from Peoria Kia
