rev:text	I'm a little late on my post - So I spent a few thousand dollars with this company to be exact over 11K! So no chump change for sure. I wanted to renovate my small staircase, a fenced entry door, some mesh put on my existing gates along with some initials put on the gate. Robert came out and gave us our quote he was very friendly and nice. Up until this point everything is suppose to be on schedule as planned. They took have my money about $5500 and the other half would be due at completion. So they came by a few days later to take more measurements. They took out my existing rails and hauled off with them. Well them hauling away with my rails left my stairs with no rails to climb up and down. Not to mention my 74 year old mother lives with me, I was 7 months pregnant at the time, and I have 2 little girls. I didn't like the idea of them taking away with my rails but they said my rails were done they just needed a few more measurements so I agreed bad idea! 2 weeks rolled around and not a peep from them luckily one of the weeks we had driven out to California so not too bad but I figured for sure they show up at my door anytime now. Wrong again! I called Robert the 2nd week around couldn't get ahold of him I called the office I believe Jackie answered took my message never heard back. I finally got a call from Robert. He apologized and said it be another 2 weeks before I saw my new rails. At this point I'm annoyed...to say the least. So it's now been pushed out 4 weeks late I Just feel like they didn't want to lose the job and said they would have it ready fast. I explain to him the dangers of not having my rails my daughter almost ate shit on the stairs luckily my husband always watched them go up and down the stairs and he was able to catch her. I literally had to move my mom into the living room because of her age she has bad knees and highly uses the rails to step up to the next step. Now it's a month late and they show up. It's a Hispanic guy that shows up I can't remember his name but he and another guy I believe the Hispanic guy is like Incharge or the Sr lead guy on the job. Well I can tell they are struggling they make a couple of trips to their work truck with the stairs I assume to cut or shave metal. Well Turns out they can't install my stairs because measurements are not good so off they go again with my rails. I call of course and complain. They come back out a couple of days later and still the stairs don't fit!!! They leave again!! Finally they come back with another white guy and Robert they all start to tell me that because my home is an older house that my stairs are not too code and that my stairs are not well made, that they are uneven and blah blah... so what was the point of measurements!?!?!? Well to make a long story short the rails yes are nice but they had to cut into my wood stairs, they even scratched my stairs. When done I noticed that some boots I had ordered were not placed on my stairs. So I asked the Hispanic guy and he started to get mouthy with me! He said that I hadn't ordered boots and he wasn't going to give me any boots that those were an extra cost item. He goes out to call Robert and I could over hear his conversations and he was just saying a lot of nasty stuff about us. I believe he may have been drunk. Honestly. His eyes were blood shot red. Robert finds my order and yes indeed I had boots but they forgot to put them on. So they gave me some stupid ass plastic thingy boots that hug the bottom of the stairs so you don't see the rod going directly into the wood well those are garbage and useless! I didn't realize it at the time but they don't stay on and my 3 kids always kick them off the stairs so I just put them away. I did contact David which I was told was the manager and he was not any help. There was no wrong his company did he never took fault or apologized for anything!!! Such an unprofessional company. Or maybe the owner needs to fire all these incompetent people and hire new individuals. I honestly wrote this review because I see a lot of unhappy customers. And this company charges you and arm and a leg!! Which is ok but good service need to come with it as well! I was planning on reaching out to the owner but I ended up going into labor and I had some complications and I had to focus on myself and my newborn baby. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
