Multiple things to not like about this place:
1) if you're a man, forget about being treated like a human. I walked in one day flanked by 2 woman and they had greeters at the doorway...they greeted the women, not me. This was not an isolated incident...I went back with my wife and again, they greeted her and ignored me.
2) price is only good if you have one of their (very frequent) coupons
3) have gone in for a single item to find out that although they list it on website as being available in store, they had no stock and they tried to tell me 'some was on the way'...but found out later the stock had been out for a long time already.... Entirely wasted trips
BTW - their FRAMING DEPT is a joke! They destroyed a 1/200 limited print we brought in for framing because they glued the back and THEN tried to reposition it. 1) we asked them to only dry-set it 2) WhoTH glues a picture, affixes it to a backing and then tries to figure out the alignment?!? you could see every wrinkle/stretch in the picture and they tried to say 'it was the best we could do' and and expected us to accept a destroyed picture AND pay for the framing.
We escalated the matter and had to speak to a GM /filed a claim to which we had to provide appraisal of the destroyed art which ended up costing them hundreds of dollars. The end result wasn't even an apology but an 'we're not really equipped to do this sort of work'...then WTH did you accept the work and take our money?!? Do NOT have them frame anything of value!!!
