I know some people have their complaints about this place, but to be honest if you look at the bad reviews they are totally unfair. People seem to forget that animals cannot speak to us and tell us what is wrong. Veterinary medicine is a lot of guess work. Simple as that. It is not really fair to hold a place accountable for something they really could do nothing about.
With that being said, I worked at Euclid Vet before Dr. Khemsara took over. He was there for almost 40 years, behind the scenes...in case some of you don't realize that. He is a great doctor and person. You can tell he truly cares about these animals, as does his staff. Unfortunately in this day kindness gets taken advantage of all too often.
This past weekend I spent $700 on my sick dog at the Tyler Emergency hospital. They did not diagnose him correctly or treat any of the problems. Monday morning I brought him to Euclid Vet in a dire state.... He was cared for in such a compassionate way. Long story short (ish), Dr.& Mrs. Khemsara (and the wonderful Lynda) saved my dog. So, no matter what anyone else has to say I will continue to support and respect this veterinary hospital. These are good people trying to help. Many thanks to all!
